Szigliget is one of the most charming villages north of Lake Balaton. It is located in a wine-growing region, where white wines are produced between the extinct volcanoes and the lake. Vines and reeds coexist here. Since 1969, Gerzson worked every summer in Szigliget. He built a house in the vineyard, facing the lake and Mount Badacsony. Much of his work stems from these stays in Szigliget. He is now buried in the Szigliget cemetery.<\/p>\n
